Export Statuses

FlexiExport shows different statuses for active export work and for finished export results.

Active Export Statuses​

Active export statuses appear while a template is still being prepared or waiting to run. You usually see them in Export activity.

Running​

The export file is being prepared now.

Pending​

The export is waiting in the queue because another export is already active.

Cancelling​

The export was requested to cancel and the cancellation is being processed.

Generated File Statuses​

Generated file statuses describe the final result after the export attempt finishes. You usually see the result in Files and Export logs.

Success​

The export finished successfully. The generated file should appear in the Files tab.

Failed​

The export failed. Check Export Logs and Export Failed.
