Row Limits and Truncation

Your plan can limit how many rows are included in a generated file.

Row Limit Notice​

If a row limit applies, FlexiExport shows a notice on the dashboard, such as:

Row limit: 1,000 rows per file.

Truncated Files​

If a file may be truncated because of the row limit, an info icon appears next to the row count in the Files tab.

This indicator stays with files generated before a later plan upgrade, because those files were created under the old limit.

Header Row​

The row count does not include the header row.

To export more rows, upgrade the plan or reduce the exported data with Filters.
