Why is Add template disabled?
The template limit may be reached, the app may still be loading permissions, or you may be a contributor without template creation access.

Why is my file not visible after generation?
The export may still be running or the files list may need a short refresh interval.

Why can a contributor not download a file?
The owner may not have enabled Allow downloading files for that contributor. The file may also contain sensitive fields, or the contributor may not have access to the Wix data used by the template.

Why can I not add more sheets?
CSV supports only one sheet. Excel supports multiple sheets only when your plan allows it.

Why can I not add more fields?
The current plan may limit columns per sheet.

Why is Google Sheets unavailable?
Google Sheets may be unavailable on the current plan, disabled for contributors, or missing Google Drive connection.
