FlexiExport Documentation

FlexiExport helps Wix site owners and approved contributors create reusable export templates, generate files from store data, and deliver those files through app storage, Google Drive, Google Sheets, FTP, or email notifications.

Use this documentation to learn how to create templates, configure export destinations, manage plan limits, control contributor access, and troubleshoot common export issues.

Troubleshooting and Support

Find solutions for common issues in Troubleshooting, such as failed exports, unavailable files, contributor download restrictions, storage upload failures, and plan limit refresh problems.

Important Concepts

Templates

A template defines what data should be exported, how the file should be structured, and where the result should be delivered.

Generated Files

A generated file is the result of running a template. Files appear in the Files tab after export preparation finishes.

Sensitive Fields

Sensitive fields may contain private or restricted data. Files that include sensitive fields can only be downloaded by the site owner.

warning

Contributor settings do not override sensitive-field download restrictions. If a file contains sensitive fields, only the site owner can download it.

Contributor Access

Contributors can use only the actions allowed by the site owner. Even when contributors can access the app, downloads may still be blocked if the template contains sensitive fields or if the contributor does not have access to the required Wix data.

Plan Limits

Plan limits control the number of templates, rows per file, columns per sheet, sheets per file, stored files, scheduler intervals, storage destinations, and notification emails.

info

After upgrading, open SettingsPlan and limits and click Refresh if the new limits are not visible yet.
