Download Rule

Only the site owner can download files containing sensitive fields.

Contributors cannot download those files even if they have general access to the app or data type.

Recommended Practice

Use sensitive fields only when the export is intended for the site owner or trusted owner-controlled delivery destinations.

If contributors need exports, create a separate template without sensitive fields.
