Export Failed
If an export fails, check the Export logs tab first.

An export can generate a file successfully but still fail delivery to an external destination. Check the log destinations when troubleshooting.
Common Causes
- Template uses data that is temporarily unavailable.
- External storage delivery failed.
- Google Sheets file is too large.
- FTP credentials or permissions are incorrect.
- The template was created for a different catalog version.
What to Try
- Open Export logs.
- Find the failed run.
- Check destinations and timing.
- Review storage settings if an external delivery failed.
- Try running the template again.
