Export Failed

If an export fails, check the Export logs tab first.

An export can generate a file successfully but still fail delivery to an external destination. Check the log destinations when troubleshooting.

Common Causes

  • Template uses data that is temporarily unavailable.
  • External storage delivery failed.
  • Google Sheets file is too large.
  • FTP credentials or permissions are incorrect.
  • The template was created for a different catalog version.

What to Try

  1. Open Export logs.
  2. Find the failed run.
  3. Check destinations and timing.
  4. Review storage settings if an external delivery failed.
  5. Try running the template again.
